Liaunig Industrieholding AG is a medium-sized, industrial group with a focus on the management and sustained development of its associated companies.

The roots of the company go back to the Auricon group, founded by the industrialist Herbert W. Liaunig, which established its success based on the principles of sustainability, independence and stability in the early 1990s.

In the day-to-day application of these principles, Liaunig Industrieholding AG’s strategy is based on three pillars:

• Acquisition of majority interests in medium-sized companies from different sectors
• DActive management of our associate companies through our personal commitment, in particular during the turnaround phase
• Continued expansion and development of internal management capacities for key positions within the group

Our objectives are to secure the earning power of the group with low volatility overall and ultimately to establish ourselves as a recognised industrial group with global sales markets, the creation of wealth being mainly based in Europe.

As an independent, sustainably operating industrial group, we are constantly on the look-out for companies in a large variety of sectors with annual turnover of € 20 million to € 100 million, to which we can optimally contribute our management skills in terms of industrial management (on a minimum 51% basis).
